Anne has been described by some people as powerfully intuitive and relentlessly calm; enthusiastic but not boringly optimistic.    

She is comfortable coaching executives and leaders at all levels. She once was one. She understands the importance of guiding and inspiring a team toward more and more demanding levels of performance. Self-discovery, growth, learning, and development has always been her modus operandi – for herself and others. It’s her passion, in fact. 

Coaching should be forward moving, goals-driven, even transformational. She uses the tools of professional coaching that have been scientifically proven to enable greater self-regulation and reduce stress, which enables each client to tap into more sophisticated thinking, emotional intelligence, and creativity. She explores with the client how to find equilibrium in any situation, leveraging self-awareness and an individual’s strengths, values, purpose, and mind-body connection. Using neuroscience as a backdrop, she coaches clients how to think in new ways and to build capacity to make positive sustainable change - personally and professionally.

  • Extensive experience as an executive in the real world having held several executive positions during her corporate life and as an entrepreneur/business owner.

  • Certification by the International Coach Federation, having completed more than 600 hours of training, testing, and mentoring with 1,000+ hours of direct coaching experience; certified as an executive coach to use a leadership development process (ROI Executive Coaching) which is proven to return the client’s coaching investment in measurable terms.

  • Certified administrator of the MayerSaloveyCaruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT), trained by David Caruso, PhD, EI researcher and author. Managing emotions is highly correlated with executive leadership success, thus EI expertise is useful at this level.

  • Also holds Hogan Assessment, Everything DiSC and NeuroTransformational Coach certifications, enabling clients to reach higher levels of self-awareness, interpersonal communication development, as well as energy and effectiveness in their jobs, career, and in life.

Jennifer Torres | President

Jennifer Torres, MS, MCC is the VP of Coaching Education, Senior Researcher, and Lead Faculty for the Center for Equilibrium Training Institute. She is the leading authority on Workplace Equilibrium and facilitates executive selection and leadership development aligned to desired outcomes. Jenn is currently serving as the President-Elect on the board of the ICF North Florida Chapter.

The Center for Equilibrium is the research center equipping students to incorporate research into their work. Jennifer has expertise in adult learning theory and statistical research methods.  That background has equipped her to develop and lead evidence-based, research-supported coach training and best practices in coaching delivery. She trains and mentors coaches for certification at every level, including, ACC, PCC and MCC.

Additionally, she is the developer and author of the Equilibrium System and Assessment. This groundbreaking work has been demonstrating tremendous value as it allows us to measure the ROI of coaching.
