TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Student Terms of Agreement
I, the undersigned, do hereby consent and agree to the following as a student or graduate of Envision Evolution Group (hereafter referred to as “I” or “Student” in this agreement).
CONTENT
I understand that through the coach training course in which I have enrolled I will be learning about coaching foundations, philosophies, application, coaching skills, coaching tools, and how to become a masterful coach from an Envision Evolution Group and ICF (International Coach Federation) perspective.
DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
I understand that classes will be recorded and become the intellectual property of Envision Evolution Group. I agree when listening to session playbacks not to record or distribute content.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
I agree to honor the Intellectual Property and copyright notice for all Envision Evolution materials and coach tools. Envision Evolution philosophy, thinking, application, coaching models, textbook content, coach tools, and all course material and concepts are the intellectual property of Envision Evolution Group, LLC. © 2008—2020 Envision Evolution Group, LLC. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exhibition of this copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

PAYMENTS
If I have signed up for a payment plan, I understand that I am responsible for payments, and invoices will be due within 30 days of receipt.
I understand that if I default on my payment plan, that I may not continue to use any Envision Evolution materials and will not receive ICF course credit.
CANCELLATIONS:
I understand that this program has limited space and depends on a set number of participants for each cohort. Therefore, cancellation is subject to the following policy:
· 90 days before program start date - 90% of fee will be refunded
· 60 days before program start date - 75% of fee will be refunded
· No refunds awarded within 30 days of the start date of the program (if cancellation due to unavoidable conflict, you may apply your credit to another upcoming training date during the following year).
CONFIDENTIALITY & CLASS RECORDINGS
Please remember that every class is the copyrighted intellectual property of Envision Evolution Group. As such, please do not share the class link or playback links with anyone who is not enrolled in the course. Likewise, sessions should not be recorded by individual participants. Instead, we record every session and make it available for you to listen to outside of class. Please join each session from a quiet and private space. I understand that what we discuss during class and what I choose to discuss during my in-class coaching sessions is completely confidential unless I indicate in any way that I would harm myself or others.
CLASS ATTENDANCE
I understand that in order to receive full credit for my course, I must attend and be fully present for the entire program. I understand ICF requires strict adherence to the synchronous attendance policy. Cohort 1 has been relaxed to 50%; however, I understand I still must complete 62.5 of the 65 synchronous hours in order to earn the credit. Furthermore, I realize this program includes practicum and emersion into the material so I will be regularly engaging in coaching partnerships throughout the training. My fellow teammates will rely on my presence and participation to complete their work as well.
Certifications are based on hours of instruction so I understand that tardiness could affect my attendance record. In the event that I miss the allowable absences I will inform my Training Director in advance of class. I will not miss classes where I am scheduled to coach or be coached as I will be provided adequate opportunity to make adjustments to the practicum schedule in advance. If I miss a session, I understand there is no way to make up synchronous credit. However, I can listen to the recording and submit a Class Recap for asynchronous credit. I understand that I must not exceed the 50/50 ratio of synchronous to asynchronous learning and accept full responsibility for my attendance. The program has a “cushion” of 2.5 hours of synchronous learning, so there is only a little bit of wiggle room. I realize that if I miss more than 2.5 hours of synchronous class-time, I cannot be awarded a credential. This is an ICF policy that Envision Evolution has no control over. In extenuating circumstances, private training sessions can be made up at a rate of $250.00 per hour.
COACHING PRACTICE
I understand that my instructor/mentor does not control the direction of my studies, career, and/or my life and that I am fully responsible for my life and my life decisions.
I understand that coaching is NOT A FORM OF THERAPY although coaching may be used in conjunction with therapy.
I understand that my instructor/mentor is not a therapist and is not able to give advice from a therapeutic or medical perspective.
OWNERSHIP
When I participate in an Envision Evolution class, I will be entering an area where audio recordings occur. By entering the class I consent to audio recording, and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for training, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, publication, or any other purpose by Envision Evolution and its affiliates or representatives. I release Envision Evolution, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of sound recordings. By entering the class, I waive all rights I may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication or sale of these materials. I also waive any right to inspect or approve any audio recording by Envision Evolution or the person or entity designated to do so. In all cases my name will be replaced to protect confidentiality.
I understand that I will not own and therefore will not give away any program materials unless the permissions in the materials state otherwise or I have authorization to do so.
LICENSE
I understand that if I choose to use Envision Evolution Coaching Tools with my clients I agree that these materials are the sole property of Envision Evolution and are protected by copyright laws and I acknowledge the purpose for which these tools are intended.
I agree that if I breach any of the conditions set forth in this license then this license is automatically terminated. I do so entirely at my own risk. I understand that I am appropriately qualified or informed to use Envision Evolution products.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I release Envision Evolution Group, LLC, its officers, employees and independent contractors, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with coach training education through Envision Evolution Group including but not limited to the course content, instruction, school management and recording of classes.
